Tyumpth in life uses that data which is stored into our database to analyse and produce a spreadsheet related to the usage and demographics of customers as a group or as individuals. Such data will be used to improve your experience and will be kept confidential with the company until the user(s) requests the right to be forgotten stated in the rules and regulations governed by “GDPR”. In addition, “your”, “customer(s)” and “user(s)” are used interchangeably when used in this document.

2. Why TrYumph in life collects personal data and how we use it

TrYumphinlife collects and processors personal data for the following reasons stated below:

2.1  Social Media

Our site is currently integrated with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Meaning you can share event(s) that you are going to by linking your whereabouts affiliation with the company through your social media account(s) from within our site.

2.2) Contact forms

Any form that requires you to place your personal information will be retained and used to improve the service that we provide. This will enable us to keep track of our service users and improve the service overall that we provide.

2.3) Tracking Data and Cookies

Cookies are text files placed onto your computer. If you fill out our contact form on our site you may opt into saving your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you go to make another booking with us. These cookies will last for one year. The use of cookies is standard on the world wide web.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. In addition, users can delete cookies manually of personal information entered, identified in this clause, into our site by adjusting your appropriate browser settings to prevent the reception of cookies, or to provide notification whenever a cookie is sent to you. 2.4) Embedded content from other websites

Third parties used on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, API etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Third parties that we currently use who may do this to our User(s) include:

Facebook feed, Facebook is enabled on our site and so Facebook API is being used to retrieve public data into facebook feed. Therefore users who wish to integrate their Facebook profile with our site may be tracked by Facebook and other users as your username will be displayed. Facebook is regulated under terms of Facebook, please see Facebook Privacy Policy before using their service.

2.5) Analytics

2.5.1 Google Analytics

Our website uses google analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to index our site ranking. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that in this case, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Furthermore, users can prevent the collection of data about their use of the website (including their IP address) generated by the cookie, and the processing of data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in through the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

3. Who we share your data with

3.1.) Social media

TrYumphinlife uses Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google map integration and they could retain your personal information tied with them as well as your whereabouts if you choose to share location with others when using our site.

4. How long we retain your data

4.1) Basic account Data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide including email address and country of residence in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

4.2) Transaction and Payment Data

If you use our site services such as to make a booking on an event, its metadata is retained along with the Customer(s) transaction details indefinitely inside our database. This is so we can recognise and approve discounts or any follow-up sessions automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

4.3) Other Data

If you exercise a right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, we will review your objection and delete your Personal Data that we processed for the purpose to which you objected without undue delay, unless another legal basis for processing and retaining this data exists or unless applicable law requires us to retain the data.

5. What rights you have over your data

5.1) Right to Erasure

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

5.2) Right of Access

You have the right to access your Personal Data that we hold about you, i.e. the right to require free of charge by getting in contact with us in section 6 in this document.

5.3) Right to rectification

if we process your Personal Data, we shall endeavor to ensure by implementing suitable measures that your Personal Data is accurate and up-to-date for the purposes for which it was collected. If your Personal Data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can change the information you provided through ‘my account’ accessed in the Shop navigation bar of the site

5.4.) Right to object

When our processing of your Personal Data is based on legitimate interests according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR / section 2.c) of this Privacy Policy, you have the right to object to this processing. If you object we will no longer process your Personal Data in google docs and database unless there are compelling and prevailing legitimate grounds for the processing as described in Article 21 of the GDPR; in particular, if the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

5.5) Right to restriction of processing of your Personal Data

You have the right to obtain restriction of processing of your Personal Data under the conditions set out in article 18 of the GDPR.

5.6) Right to Personal Data portability

You have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller under the conditions set out in article 20 of the GDPR. TrYumphinlife will make your Personal Data available in a structured .csv format through an email link provided to you when making a booking and can also be located in ‘my accounts’ section as described above on section 4.3.

5.7) Children

The minimum age to create a Steam User Account is 13. TrYumpthinlife will not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under this age. Insofar as certain countries apply a higher age of consent for the collection of Personal Data, TrYumpthinlife requires parental consent before a User Account can be created and Personal Data associated with it collected. TrYumphinlife encourages parents to instruct their children to never give out personal information when online and when outside especially associated with its products.

your data is retained in our database and processed into a Google docs spreadsheet where it will be retained until you no longer wish to use our service.

Customer(s) personal information is automatically converted to a google docs spreadsheet to retain user(s) for our records.
