Our holiday camp is ‘twinned’ with the Shoe4Africa Children’s hospital in Eldoret, Kenya. We send them videos and resources of our activities and use a percentage of our takings to buy equipment to allow them to replicate our programmes. For more details of the hospital and the amazing work they do, visitย https://shoe4africa.org/our-hospital/

Thereafter, look for the ‘Ticket options’ button which then allows you to transfer or cancel your dates. For changes to extra time bookings, contact us.

Do you have to book the whole week?
No ๐ We have reverted back to allowing ad-hoc, one day bookings. (Please note that, depending on lock-down restrictions, we may resume our 5 days (Mon-Fri) or 3 days (Tues-Thurs) bubble system on future camps).
Once my child has chosen the bubble they wish to participate in (sporty or creative), do they have to stay in that bubble the whole day?
Yes. In order for us to limit the contact of different children they must remain in their bubbles. However, if someone in the creative bubble would like to do some sports or vice versa, we will do our best to accommodate this within their bubble. It is, however, possible to book different bubbles for different days for the same child.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The creative bubble have access to the upstairs in the pavilion and the sports bubble can shelter in the marquee. But please also make sure that you pack suitable clothing for the forecast. Thanks!
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
Unfortunately not. In order to qualify we have to be Ofsted registered and, as members of the public can use the facilities, we don’t meet their criteria.
Can I change my booking?
Yes! It is possible for you to manage your own booking by logging into your account on our booking system and selecting ‘Ticket Options’ (we can also do it for you if you struggle). There is no charge for changing your booking but any changes must be made at least one week before camp. It is also possible for you to cancel your bookings. Any outstanding balances will be refunded in line with our terms and conditions.
We welcome all enquiries about our camps. Please contact Becky on 07855 943236 or info@tryumphinlife.com for any additional details you require.ย
