I hope everyone is keeping safe and well – and sane! – throughout the pandemic :-). We are now able to run multiple small group training sessions for 5 participants + 1 coach. This will include skills, drills and fitness activities for sports (matches are still not permitted) and intervals for running groups. We would love to cater for as many people as is safely possible, but please contact me to see if there is space to join in.
